Generalized anxiety disorder is where worrying and fear distracts you from your day-to-day activities. You also experience fatigue, restlessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension and problems with sleep.
Panic disorder is where one experiences intense fear or discomfort, accelerated heart rate, sweating, shortness of breath, and trembling. The individual actually feel as if they are having a heart attack.
