Anger is an emotion we all face at some time in our lives. It ranges from the mild to the extreme. When one feels irritation, frustration and displeasure at a situation or event this would be considered normal. When anger becomes out of control and turns into a rage this becomes a problem. Out of control anger leads to poor judgment and making irrational decisions.
Some individuals in order to control their anger they suppressed it. When emotions are bottled up, they eventually need to be released. When released it can be destructive. Destructive behaviors can be emotionally hurting to family, friends, and co-workers. At times it can even take the form of physical aggression. Before it gets to this stage seek help. I have extensive experience dealing with anger management issues.
